Dr Yogita is a Dentist and Clinical Nutritionist with over 15 years of healthcare experience. Her work in dentistry revealed a recurring pattern – many oral health issues were linked to deeper systemic conditions like diabetes, thyroid imbalance, inflammation, and poor gut health.

This insight led her to expand into clinical nutrition, completing an MSc in Food & Nutrition and advanced clinical training to help people address root causes through a holistic approach. She combines medical understanding with practical nutrition strategies to help clients build sustainable health improvements.
